Courtyard
Il rapporto tra il giardino e l’ambiente che lo circonda è un elemento imprescindibile nel pensiero di Antonio Perazzi, che ha immaginato il progetto del Cortile in ideale connessione con le vicine aree verdi della zona di Porta Venezia. Le quinte sono mappe di vegetazione, caratterizzate dalla prevalenza del rosso e ricalcano, con l’arredo tutto firmato Tribu, l’andamento a stanze del percorso della mostra. Abbracciano e coinvolgono il visitatore, non solo per la forma avvolgente, ma anche per le tessiture vegetali, le grafiche delle foglie, i contrasti. Disegnano un limite permeabile e protetto allo stesso tempo, inducendo a fermarsi attratti dalla scoperta della natura. È un luogo di contaminazione e un punto di contatto con l’ambiente e con gli altri, animato dal senso impalpabile delle cose impercettibili, come i profumi e le ombre. Ruba il connubio natura e arte dal giardino mediterraneo, particolarmente caro a Perazzi. In questo intervento il paesaggista sembra ribadire quelli che definisce i suoi punti cardinali guida: “estetica, funzionalità, economia, ecologia, preziosità”. E, come dalle sue parole, il personale punto di vista progettuale: “Il lavoro del progettista di giardini non è solo la composizione della forma e dello spazio abitativo all’aperto, è anche la capacità di lavorare insieme alle piante assecondando il loro carattere per raggiungere uno scopo comune di armonia ed equilibrio”. Nulla di più coerente con il concept sviluppato in ‘Design forever’, qui enfatizzato dagli arredi del brand belga Tribu. Specializzato nell’outdoor, inteso come estensione della casa, ambisce con le sue collezioni di mobili e accessori a “far dimenticare alle persone lo stress quotidiano”. Un invito al relax, che si compie in particolare all’imbrunire, quando la suadente illuminazione artificiale si mescola alla luce intima delle candele e ai naturali riverberi mielosi e argentei della luna.
The relationship between the garden and its surroundings is crucial for Antonio Perazzi, who imagined the design of the Courtyard in ideal connection with the nearby green areas of the Porta Venezia area. The backdrops are made of greenery characterised by red hues, and thanks to the furnishings designed by Tribu are in tune with the rooms of the exhibition itinerary. They welcome and engage the visitor, thanks not only to their enveloping form, but also to the vegetal textures, the graphic features of the leaves and the contrasts. They define a boundary which is a permeable and protected at once and induce visitors to stop and discover nature. It is a place of fusion and contact with the environment and other people, imbued with the charm of imperceptible things, such as scents and shadows. It recalls the mix of nature and art typical of the Mediterranean garden, particularly dear to Perazzi. With this undertaking, the landscape architect seems to reaffirm what he calls his cornerstones: “aesthetics, functionality, economy, ecology, preciousness”. And, in his own words, his personal design point of view: “The work of the garden designer does not only consist of giving shape to an outdoor living space; it also involves the ability to work together with the plants, adapting to their own character to achieve a common goal of harmony and balance”. Nothing could be more consistent with the concept developed for ‘Design forever’, here emphasised by the furnishings of the Belgian brand Tribu. Specialising in the outdoors, understood as an extension of the home, with its furniture and accessory collections it aims to “make people forget about everyday stress”. An invitation to relax, which becomes even more tempting at dusk, when the illumination mingles with the intimate light of candles and the natural silvery glow of the moon.
